Android 2.2 “froYo”

Google Nexus One users are already getting their hands on the update, and it’s likely to cross the pond imminently. HTC also promised that it’s HTC Desire and Legend phones would be sporting the update very soon.

Google Releases Docs Viewer for iPhone, Android and iPad

Google has just announced the availability of Google Docs view on mobile browsers on Android, iPhone and iPad to allow you to view PDFs, .ppt, .doc and .docx files on Google Docs of that you’v received in Gmail.
The app lets you switch quickly between pages and pan/zoom within a page. On your iPhone and iPad, you can pinch to zoom in or out.
You can try it out by going to docs.google.com on your Android-powered device, iPad or iPhone and select any document in these formats that you’ve previously uploaded. Let us know what …

iPhone4 and iOS4 confirmed

It’s official, the iPhone 4 and iOS4 have been announced at the World Wide Developer Conference by Apple’s, Steve Jobs. So, what’s in store for the next version of the iPhone?

The new iPhone is 24% thinner than the old model and is made from Stainless Steel and Glass.
It has two microphones for noise canceling and integrated antennae to improve signal.
The display has a new technology called a retina display, packing 326 pixels per inch.

New iPhone announced at WWDC

Apple’s iPhone has had a much needed upgrade, the version 4 of this operating system will be announced tonight at the World Wide Developer Conference. The iPhone OS 4 got leaked back in April when the latest version of the iPhone was left in a bar by an Apple employee and then later purchased by Gizmondo who then went on to inspect and dissect the features.
The latest version is of the iPhone is to have the following improvements:

A smaller, lighter, slimmer handset.
A five-megapixel camera with flash.
